Pedag T-Form Metatarsal Pads, also known as met pads or metatarsal bars, are adhesive-backed, leather metatarsal arch support pads that ease pain in the ball of the foot by relieving pressure on the forefoot. Pedag T-Form Metatarsal Pads work by increasing the surface area of the bottom of the foot and off-loading weight from the ball of the foot. Great for forefoot problems such as Morton’s neuroma, metatarsalgia, bursitis, sesamoiditis, and capsulitis.

The anatomically correct T-shape helps spread metatarsal bones and retain their natural position. Use in shoes or with OTC arch supports or prescription orthotics.
